Black Star Pastry By Cathy Black Star Pastry (located in Sydney) is famous for their Strawberry and Watermelon Cake, also known as, "The World's Most Instagrammable Cake". This cake is composed of six layers, first being the dacquoise layer, then the rose scented cream, then a watermelon slice, then another layer of the cream, once again another layer of the dacquoise, then the last layer being the rose scented cream again. This is then set in the fridge. After it's set, strawberries and grapes are added to the last layer of cream. A glaze is then brushed on top of the fruits and rose petals and pistachios are sprinkled on top. Next time you're in Sydney this cake is a must try :)
