Want to try some greatest creations made by the 2015 MasterChef dessert king, Reynold Poernomo? KOI Dessert Bar is the place for you as Reynold Poernomo has decided to open a dessert bar located on Kensington Street.

You can choose between a 5-course dinner menu with an entrée, main and dessert for $90 or just dessert for $65 per person. There’s a variety of choices for each course, especially the dessert. The dessert menu is the most popular choice due to Reynold Poernomo’s popularity towards his desserts.

I would personally recommend the Chocolate Sphere - Chocolate Mousse, Raspberry Gel, Consommé Jelly, Chocolate Almond Soil, Chocolate Ganache and Strawberry.  The dark chocolate has the perfect amount of bitterness and the ganache within the shell is very creamy. By adding the strawberry gel to the combination just perfects the dessert with its sourness.
